1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Available
To make your shopping experience safe and secure, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Pakistan. You do not need to pay anything online. You simply pay the exact order amount in cash to the courier rider (Leopard, TCS, CallCourier, Trax, etc.) at the time of receiving your package.
2. Order Confirmation Process
📌 Important Note: To avoid fake or accidental orders, our team will contact you via a Phone Call or WhatsApp to confirm your shipping address and order details. Your order will only be processed and dispatched after successful confirmation. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled automatically after 48 hours.
3. Shipment Processing Time

Standard Processing: Typically, confirmed orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1 to 2 business days.

High Volume Periods: During times of heavy workload, major sales events, or public holidays, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
4. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Once shipped, products are generally delivered within 4 to 6 business days anywhere in Pakistan (Main cities usually receive orders within 3-4 days, while remote areas might take 5-6 days).

5. What to Do in Case of Delays
If your order is unexpectedly delayed and does not arrive within our standard timeframe, please contact us . Our team will track the shipment and coordinate with the courier service to speed up your delivery.
6. Courier Policy (Open Delivery)
Please note that according to the standard policies of courier companies in Pakistan, riders are not allowed to open the parcel before receiving the cash amount. If you face any issues with the product after opening the package, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact our customer care immediately.
